A celebration of Indigenous Peoples Day and the summer solstice, Harmony of Seasons will showcase linguistic diversity, with performances in English, French, Darija, and Mi’kmaq. This celebration of linguistic richness will feature Acadian artist Christian Kit Goguen, the Bouhala collective, violinist Tim Isaac, and Elsipogtog rocker Hubert Francis.
The event will reflect the cultural heritage of Saint John and underline the importance of each language in the city’s social fabric.
This musical celebration is also inspired by European traditions planned for the summer solstice.
