Media & Photography Accreditation

Thanks for your interest in covering AREA 506 or Boxcar Country Festival! This year, we’re offering two types of accreditation: one for media outlets and one specifically for freelance photographers.

Media accreditation is intended for journalists, editors, and content creators representing established media outlets.

Photography passes are limited and designed for individuals who wish to capture live performances. Approved photographers will be granted access to the photo pit for the first three songs of each set, based on space and availability.

A few things to note:

• Successful applicants will be contacted via email roughly two weeks before the festival.

• Accreditation does not include entry – all approved applicants must hold a valid festival pass. If you’re planning to shoot multiple days, we highly recommend grabbing a weekend pass before they sell out.
