National Retail Brands: iconic Canadian wearables, jewelry, pharmacy, and general goods

Services: tattoos, barber, dry bar, nail bar, yoga, mobile rentals (e‑bikes, scooters)

Local Art & Gifts: gallery, live visual art, fine craft, jewelry, other merchandise

Food & Beverage: food trucks, quick-serve restaurants, bakery, beverage suppliers
